Delivery Terms and Conditions


Residential deliveries arrive on a van or truck


Delivery charges are paid in advance with purchase - no other charges are needed to be paid at time of delivery. The delivery charges you pay at purchase are for transport of your product from our dispatch to the delivery address you provide PLEASE NOTE: This does not include product being moved inside property.


If you require the product to be brought inside delivery address additional costing will occur, this is required to be booked prior to delivery. The transport company is not required to remove product from truck.


You will be contacted prior to delivery from transport company, please plan ahead to arrange means of getting the product off the truck and inside. You will need to insure you are available to answer the delivery drivers call and are home to receive item. If the driver is unable to make the delivery the item will be taken back to transport depot and the buyer will need to arrange re delivery at their own cost, or arrange to pick the item up from depot

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct pickup and delivery address. Where an incorrect address is supplied a re-direction fee will be applicable to have the consignment re-delivered 


Canopies can be hand unloaded off truck and taken inside by 2 people ( delivery driver is not required to do this ) 

The other option is to request a hydraulic tail-lift to unload product for an additional fee - this can be requested at checkout and fee is added to final cost before payment.

All other beds are required to have hydraulic tail lift to prevent risk of damage


When you receive your product please check for obvious damages

You will be given a consignment notice to sign, if there are no obvious damages please sign this to confirm you have received product. You will be given a copy of consignment notice and the driver will take a copy.

If there are obvious damages please note these on consignment notice before signing and replacement parts can be arranged. Any damaged parts that are not noted at the time of receipt by the buyer will be replaced at the buyer’s cost (including delivery costs).

A signed consignment notice with no exceptions mean that there was no visible damage at the time of delivery.


It is recommend that the buyer purchases delivery insurance. Delivery insurance covers the replacement of damaged parts only, not the entire item. If the buyer chooses not to purchase delivery insurance at the time of purchase, all replacement items and associated delivery costs will be paid for by the buyer. Delivery insurance cannot be purchased after the item has been delivered.
